• Duplicate candidates or those already on file will not qualify for the reward.
• MEDA's field assignees are eligible for rewards.
• MEDA's head office and branch staff are not eligible for rewards.
• Customers' decision making staff are not eligible for direct rewards**.
• MEDA shall have the right of sole arbiter in the case of any dispute.
* Paid in Canadian funds for Canadian assignments and US funds for US assignments. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with their rewards.
** Since customers forbid the acceptance of payments from suppliers MEDA Engineering and Technical Services will make a donation to the charity of their choice.
