Process – Our process is simple and enables us to find the best talent. First, we interview our clients to fully understand the skills required and the culture of the organization. Second, we screen and interview every candidate to ensure that they will be successful. Third, we provide ongoing contact with our clients and employees to further enhance the relationship.
Contract Staffing – We provide screened professionals, hire the best candidate, and invoice you on a weekly basis for the hours worked. In order to provide the best people, we offer a comprehensive, full range benefits package that includes: health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401k with match, Aflac supplemental coverage, and paid vacation and holiday time. This results in satisfied employees and clients.
Contract to Direct Hire – A solid working relationship with your contract staffing requirements will enable us to “convert” the contractor to a direct hire. This is a beneficial way for you to determine the right individual and to reduce recruitment fees.
Direct Hire – A one-time fee for service arrangement for a retained or contingent search. Our fee is based on the salary of the candidate hired. Reduced fees are available for multiple openings and/or Preferred Partner clients. If a placement doesn't work out within 30 days, we'll immediately replace that position at no charge.
Affiliates – Our Affiliates provide additional resources to support engineering projects at their facilities or yours.
